Public submissions and comments
You can upload files and submit comments without an account. AES stores your name, email, and submission. Your email is not published. Uploads remain private to administrators until a working paper is reviewed and published; manuscript-support files are never published. Comments appear only after review. Daily submission counts use a hashed network identifier.
Identity and membership
Sign in with ChatGPT supplies a stable user identifier and account email. AES may associate multiple verified email aliases with one member record. Entering an email address does not automatically grant membership.
Payments
Payment happens externally in PayPal. AES records transaction, subscription profile, payer, product, and renewal metadata for reconciliation. The Site never receives or stores card data.
Community papers
Authors control public, members-only, or private visibility. Prior versions remain preserved. Authorized comments are visible according to each paper’s policy.
Confidential AI Service
Existing member submissions are available only to their owner and administrators. Public-form manuscript submissions are available only to administrators. They are not sent to MiniMax or any other AI API, indexed, summarized, or used by Ask AES.
Ask AES
When configured, Ask AES sends your question and relevant information you have permission to access to MiniMax. For visitors, the information is public. For signed-in members, it may also include their membership details, paper titles, number of visible comments, and service request codes, types, and statuses. Administrator and confidential-file data are excluded.
Access and export
Administrative actions are audited. Authorized administrators can export structured records and approved files for backup. Contact AES to request correction of your member record.
